The transaction, which was carried out by ProMedia Group UK, covers a mix of digital, print and event-led operations.
Among the assets are the London-based conference and exhibition Employee Benefits Live, the Personnel Today Awards, Employee Benefits Awards and RAD Awards. The acquisition also includes the Forum for Expatriate Management’s global mobility events and the recruitment advertising platform Whatmedia.
