Employee Benefits Awards 2024

Employee Benefits Awards

The shortlist for the Benefits professional of the year category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2025 has been unveiled.

The Benefits professional of the year award celebrates in-house HR and benefits professionals who have made a significant contribution to their organisation and to the industry as a whole.

The full category shortlist is:

  • Adam Kirton, assistant director of workforce at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
  • Jennifer Roberts, head of reward and wellbeing at Central Co-op
  • Sébastien Leroy, global and France health coordinator at Renault
  • Selina Jones-May, former senior director global benefits, global mobility and wellness at Lumentum

Last year, Brigitte Kaviani, head of health and wellbeing, NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board won the award. She was recognised due to the real difference she has made to thousands of employees across South Yorkshire. In addition to striving to add value and improving staff wellbeing, she has also worked tirelessly to ensure they are empowered to look after themselves and others.

Kaviani said: “I am absolutely thrilled. I have worked in the NHS for 37 years and I think the contribution, not just from me but my team and various teams that I’ve led, have made a huge impact in South Yorkshire through the hospitals. We have had a tough time, but our staff put everything into the patients, through difficult and not-so difficult times. I would like to thank my organisation and my team members.”

This year’s winners will be announced at the ceremony, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 27 June. Attendees will have the chance to network with HR, reward and benefit industry professionals.

Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an unmissable after-party that will include live music in the venue’s private grounds.
