The expert panel discussed: making mental health part of standard business culture; how every employee has mental health needs, which need to be continuously endorsed if it is really going to become OK not to be OK; how businesses and people do not need to become mental health experts but should consider working with mental health experts; and why employers should have a comprehensive approach that focuses on physical and financial health, not just on emotional wellbeing.
