Staffcare and LCP have entered into a partnership agreement to help employers prepare their flexible benefits schemes for auto-enrolment.
LCP, part of the Alexander Forbes group, will offer Staffcare's benefits administration and communication software to its employer clients, with a particular emphasis on flexible benefits and auto-enrolment.
The firm will also use Staffcare's software to provide a flexible benefits scheme for its own 450 employees.
Aiden Cole, partner at LCP, said: “We have strong views on how technology supports employee benefits strategy and Staffcare’s software can be configured to meet the requirements of LCP and our employer clients."
