Utilities organisation Anglian Water, telecommunications business Sky and health club chain Virgin Active are among the organisations shortlisted for the Best financial wellbeing strategy, large employer category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.
The award, sponsored by financial education and guidance provider Wealth at Work, recognises an employer that uses a proactive approach to addressing its workforce’s financial needs and has supported staff in the making of financial, retirement or investment-related benefits decisions.

The winner will be announced during a lunchtime ceremony at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party 2019, hosted by actor and comedian Kerry Godliman.
The event, which takes place on Friday 7 June 2019 at The Pavilion at The Tower of London, will enable HR, benefits and reward professionals to network and celebrate with peers and colleagues during a welcome drinks reception, a three-course lunch and an afternoon summer party at one of London’s most iconic venues.
The awards ceremony will present winners across 20 different categories, including Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits, for both large and small employers, Best pensions communications, Best benefits to support work-life balance and Employee benefits professional of the year.
