Salesforce (pictured), Cisco, and Adobe are among the technology organisations recognised in the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech 2020 report, compiled by Great Place to Work.
Software business Salesforce topped the list for super large organisations, followed by Cisco, while Adobe topped the list for large organisations. Foundation SP was awarded the best employer for technology in the medium category, while Prima won the award for the small employer accolade.
The list, which is n In its third year under Great Place to Work, looks at employers that have put practices in place that promote employee wellbeing, prioritise staff happiness, and create a positive workplace culture of recognition and reward.
With the award taking place during the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, it looks at businesses that have taken a forward-thinking innovative and flexibility approach, allowing them to remain agile and thrive during the crisis.
