Employee engagement organisation Reward Gateway has acquired health platform startup Yomp.
Ry Morgan, founder of Yomp, will join Reward Gateway as head of wellbeing technology. Pascal Gessati, chief technology officer at Yomp, will take up the role of principle engineer at Reward Gateway.
Morgan (pictured) said: “Yomp has huge ambitions within this sector and given Reward Gateway’s incredible team, culture and knowledge it is the perfect place to achieve that.”
Lucy Tallick, head of SmartHealth at Reward Gateway, added: “We’re delighted that Ry and the team from Yomp have agreed to join us. They’ve got great product vision that we share, huge passion for employee health and it’s a fantastic fit with our own wellbeing plans. Our own product plans are advanced in this area and there’s a great synergy.”
