Life insurance broker Reassured has appointed Zoe Odusina as its new chief people officer as part of its corporate commitment to further growth plans.
Odusina will report to Mark Townsend, chief executive officer (CEO), and will be a member of the senior leadership team. She will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of people-focused projects and initiatives, including the broker’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, employee value proposition, employee benefits, such as its hybrid working policies, and its wider contribution to charity and the community.
Previously, Odusina was operations director at Compre, where she was responsible for leading all operational activities at the business across a range of functions, including developing its first HR and people strategy and establishing its values. Prior to this, she served in several senior operational and commercial roles at RSA.
Odusina said: “I am delighted to have joined the Reassured family. I have been really impressed by the importance this rapidly growing business places on its people. I am passionate about creating a culture that attracts and retains top talent and I believe that together we can continue building a workplace environment that drives excellent performance and results. I look forward to working closely with the senior leadership team and CEO.”
Townsend added: “We are delighted to welcome Zoe as our new chief people officer. Building a high-performance culture where our people are motivated, professionally fulfilled, and happy, is critical to supporting our ambitious growth plans and our future success. Zoe’s HR, leadership and strategic expertise, coupled with her people-first approach aligns perfectly with our vision and will ensure that we execute on our plans.”
