PoloWorks

Insurance market support services provider PoloWorks is rolling out new benefits technology to increase employee engagement with benefits and enable them to access all options in a single location.

The platform, which is provided by Zest, will be rolled out in November.

According to PoloWorks, the technology will also help with benefits administration, integrating with existing technology to offer its employees easy access to, and greater personalisation around, their packages, as well as ensuring everyone gets the most out of what is on offer.

In addition, the data available through the platform will provide an insight into benefits usage, ultimately, enabling the organisation to take steps to increase engagement.

Harriet Grant, HR manager at PoloWorks, said: “For us, Zest is about consolidating our core benefits onto one platform. Colleagues can access information about everything on offer, as well as self-serve additional salary sacrifice options such as additional pension contributions, family private medical insurance, holiday purchase and cycle to work, and instantly see how this will impact their take home pay. This will integrate directly with our payroll, removing much of the back-office administration load our HR and finance team currently deal with.”
