Experts from Brambles, Ford Motor Company and Siemens will discuss key issues relating to pensions at Employee Benefits Live 2022.
Oliver Payne, international pensions and data analytics manager at Ford Motor Company, Jo Udall, pensions manager UK and Ireland at Siemens, and Sinead Swift, senior manager of reward at Brambles, will lead presentations and workshops on the topic at this year’s event, as part of the financial reward and pensions stream on Wednesday 5 October.
Payne's presentation, ‘Creating dyslexic-friendly pensions communications’, will take place in Theatre Two at 11.15am. He said: “I’ll be discussing the story behind a dyslexic-friendly pensions communications project and showing through my presentation what we’ve learnt about the power of dyslexic thinking, and how to write better pensions communication strategies not just for those with dyslexia, but for neurodivergent employees, too."
Udall will lead a workshop titled ‘Managing change for pensions: First time outsourcing’ at 1.30pm in Theatre Two. Delegates attending this session will learn about change as an important factor for growth and development which must be managed carefully and sensitively, that people are an employer’s biggest asset, and that the right partner can help to overcome any challenges.
Swift’s presentation, ‘Positive about pensions: How to get people to care for their future self’ will take place at 2.30pm in Theatre Two. This will cover how to help people understand the importance of regular savings, increase engagement with a pension scheme, and keep people investing in a time of economic crisis.
