Deloitte, Hays, and the Metropolitan Police are among the organisations that will address delegates attending Employee Benefits Live 2017 on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 October.
During the course of the two-day event, delegates can hear experts discuss a range of hot topics impacting the reward, benefits and compensation industry. The conference programme will consist of five different subject streams on each day, including workplace pensions, health and wellbeing, employee engagement, HR strategy, benefits strategy, financial wellbeing, benefits technology, global reward, diversity and inclusion, and benefits on a budget.
Emma Codd, managing partner for talent at Deloitte, and Spencer Ravenscroft, partner at law firm White and Case, will present a session titled 'Gender pay gap reporting: getting it right’, as part of the HR strategy conference stream on Tuesday 10 October. This will explore how reviewing reward and benefits strategies can help to close potential pay gaps and how operational challenges around gender pay reporting can be managed.
Adam Gibson, strategic workforce planning leader at the Metropolitan Police will speak as part of the diversity and inclusion stream on day two of the event. The session, titled ‘Championing a diverse and inclusive culture in benefits strategy’ will be co-presented by Adrian Hyyrylainen-Trett, global diversity and inclusion adviser at the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion.
Rosemary Lemon, group head of reward at Hays, will address delegates on the second day of Employee Benefits Live 2017, speaking alongside Paul Nelson, group head of reward at Travis Perkins, within the financial wellbeing stream. The session, titled ‘The financial wellbeing journey’, will examine how employers can tackle engagement and wellbeing in order to support staff through key life events as well as through critical stages in employees’ personal wellbeing journeys.
In between conference sessions, attendees can network with peers and visit the exhibition hall to learn more about the latest innovations on the market.
