Train tech firm Seatfrog, food brand startup Sessions and event tech startup Venuescanner have introduced new financial wellbeing support for their employees?to support them with cost-of-living pressures.
Through a partnership with AI money-saving tool Nous, employees at the three firms can access an automated service that finds fair deals for energy, broadband, mobile and mortgages, and offers cheaper providers. The tool identified savings opportunities worth more than £1,000 for some employees at the organisations.
Staff will also be able to use its salary calculator to find out what pay rise they would need in order to keep up with rising prices and maintain their current standard of living.
Kelly Davis, head of people at Sessions, said: “At Sessions, we're proud to offer a range of innovative benefits and support that genuinely help our team in their daily lives. We knew the rising cost of living was a source of stress for the team, so we wanted a practical solution that meant employees’ money went further, but didn’t add yet another job to their to-do list. Not only does Nous find significant savings, it takes away the stress and hassle of handling bills that no one wants to be dealing with. It’s something every member of the team can benefit from."
Alex Slater, head of people at Seatfrog, added: “Our package of wellbeing support is something we pride ourselves on at Seatfrog. We're committed to creating a supportive culture where our people can do their best work and that means helping them with the things that impact their daily lives. With the rising cost of living hitting us all, we knew we wanted to support employees’ financial wellbeing. Our team is able to save substantial sums on their bills and Nous takes the headache of dealing with household admin off their plates.”
Sessions offers its more than 60 employees flexible paydays, bonus schemes and healthcare support, while Seatfrog provides childcare support, private healthcare, and a four-day working week. Venuescanner offers employees unlimited holiday, a monthly performance-based bonus and learning and training funding.
