Tax prediction services provider Rift Group has launched an employee engagement, reward and recognition platform for its 150 members of staff.
The platform was launched in December 2015 so that employees could take advantage of retail discounts ahead of Christmas.
The organisation introduced childcare and bikes-for-work vouchers for employees on 1 January, and other launches will take place throughout 2016.
Rift Group has introduced the platform, provided by Reward Gateway, with the aim of developing its employee performance culture and to give managers a way to easily reward and recognise staff.
Following a period of expansion, which has seen Rift Group's workforce quadruple over the last four years, the centralised platform also aims to provide a consistent way of communicating with and rewarding employees while maintaining a family-centric ethos.
The platform will be utilised to ensure that staff are aware of the full range of benefits available to them, and to drive forward a group-wide vision by rewarding staff in line with the firm's values.
Bradley Post, commercial director at Rift Group, said: “Our culture is something that we’re really passionate about, and we’re excited that, through this new technology, our employees will be rewarded and recognised for living our values as a business.
“Not only that, it will offer real value to all our people by giving them a much clearer idea of the benefits and discounts available to them, something that will make a real difference to their everyday lives.
“Christmas was the perfect opportunity for us to showcase our brand new technology, and to demonstrate its value to our employees by offering them Christmas savings with retailers.”
