2023’s ceremony saw Reed Specialist Recruitment win the award as a result of its three schemes to award high performers at the organisation. One of them recognises £200,000-plus fee earners by unlocking exclusive benefits for the following year, with successful employees invited to choose between private healthcare, additional learning and development opportunities or increased pension contributions.
It saw high levels of productivity and an improvement in performance, as well as a reduction in turnover, following the introduction of the schemes.
A Reed Specialist Recruitment spokesperson said: “This means a lot because we have completely revolutionised our reward landscape. It’s great recognition; all of the planning started during the Covid-19 pandemic and the [organisation] has revolutionised itself in that time. The benefits and reward schemes we offer play a part in that.”
The 22nd annual Employee Benefits Awards is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR industry, providing the opportunity to recognise and celebrate excellence through reward and benefits strategies.
The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 14 June, will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals. The after-party will feature live music in the venue’s private grounds.
