Today (Friday 3 June) is quite possibly one of my favourite days of the year. Well, excluding birthdays, Christmas and days spent on sandy white beaches!
While we regularly highlight the achievements of employers in the pages of Employee Benefits magazine and on employeebenefits.co.uk, the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party are a rare opportunity for the industry to gather together and celebrate the successes of one another’s reward and benefits initiatives.
Every year, the competition becomes even stronger, so whatever the outcome, all of our finalists should give themselves a well-deserved pat on the back.
As well as celebrating with our winners, the day is also all about teams unwinding together and celebrating their own personal successes from the past year. And where else can you do so while enjoying all the fun of the fair.
Of course, I can’t mention the Awards without saying a huge thank you to all of our judges who dedicate a huge amount of time and effort to ensuring that the rightful winner is crowned in each category.
And not to forget all of our lovely sponsors who help to make the day possible.
