EXCLUSIVE: Havas People has launched a brand called Many Thanks, which offers a range of options for employers to reward and recognise their employees.
The options include gift cards, vouchers and e-codes from a range of well-known retailers, including Love2Shop, Marks and Spencer, iTunes and Debenhams.
Employers can also choose from a range of options for the presentation of the reward, including personalised greeting cards, an email template or a branded gift wallet.
Paul McRae, business development director at Havas People, said: “A considered choice of reward or gift for employees, especially at Christmas, sounds like a fairly straightforward task and one that shouldn’t take too long to organise. In reality, however, it rarely tends to be quite so easy.
“A common mistake [by employers] is to make assumptions as to what is an appropriate reward, often based on [their] own aspirations or favoured retailers. UK employers have diverse workforces, and not just gender, but age, religious beliefs and also financial needs, should be considered.”
