Entries for the Employee Benefits Awards 2022 in association with Aon are now open, with the ceremony itself returning to the summer.
The Employee Benefits Awards is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR community. It is designed to recognise excellence and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies.
The 20th annual awards recognises the hard work carried out by teams during 2021 across 22 categories, including two new ones for 2022: Best Benefits to support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy, and Best New Benefit to Support Employees Post-Pandemic.
In addition, there are also categories covering pensions, motivation schemes, mental health, financial wellbeing, healthcare, as well as Benefits Professional of the Year, Best Supplier to Work For and the Grand Prix award, which is the ‘winner of winners’ accolade and is selected from the winning entries across all other categories. It is presented to the organisation that most impressed judges with its overall achievements, and was awarded to the University of Lincoln this year.
If you would like to make a nomination for Benefits Professional of the Year, please email the Employee Benefits editorial team at eb.editorial@employeebenefits.co.uk. The winner will be an individual who has made their mark on the industry in some way and will be selected by the editorial team.
The Early Bird rate of £185 plus VAT will apply to entries received by 17 December, and entries will close on 31 December.
