MidlandHR will launch a new suite of online tools through Staffcare’s software platform to help its employer clients with benefits communication and administration, including flexible benefits.
MidlandHR will integrate its own iTrent platform with Staffcare’s software.
Iain Moffat, managing director at MidlandHR, said: “To support the increasing demand from our clients, MidlandHR is keen to deliver software and services for reward communication and flexible benefits.
“We see reward communication and flexible benefits as a natural extension to HR and payroll. We have been looking at this space for sometime, and have also been running a flexible benefits programme for our own employees for several years.
“We already have a number of joint clients and will be rolling out this new product offering to our client base over the next few weeks.”
