Mercer has launched a reward and talent management consulting and technology platform called Human Capital Connect.
The platform, which will be powered by Peopleclick Authoria, enables employers to connect their reward and talent strategies, programmes and processes with a technology platform to achieve a human capital solution.
The offering also includes analyses of an organisation’s current programmes, processes, resources and data. This is followed by the deployment of the performance management, succession planning, compensation and incentives technology by Mercer's consultants.
