Designer outlet developer McArthur Glen has moved its outsourced benefits administration to a single provider in a bid to cut costs. It has also launched a bikes for work scheme and childcare vouchers for its 162 UK-based employees.
Karen McCreanor, human resources manager, said senior directors were happy with the new system because their accountants could log on to see what their client’s benefits were. Thomsons Online Benefits has taken on the management of the scheme.
