Employee benefits provider and consultancy Lorica has changed its name to Lorica Employee Benefits and re-branded to reflect the firm's increase in services.

In the last two years it has added flexible benefits and actuarial risk divisions to its range of services. Its six core offerings are now: corporate pensions (workplace savings and actuarial); flexible benefits; benefits and reward consulting; wealth management; employee financial education; and health, risk and wellbeing.

Tobin Murphy-Coles, director of marketing and flexible benefits at Lorica, said: “Our organisation’s services and brand have changed significantly as we moved from being a brokerage to a full-service employee benefits business.

"The new logo resonates with the employee benefits cycle. Employee benefits is not a one-off process but a continuing, supportive one. We are confident that these structural and brand changes will help Lorica to evolve further and achieve its growth ambitions."
