Kuoni Group has implemented an employee engagement programme as part of its employee value proposition (EVP).
The travel firm introduced the programme, which is provided by Talentsmoothie, to help focus on initiatives that will deliver the most value to their employees and the organisation, improve staff engagement, attract and retain top talent, and communicate the behaviours required by workers.
The strategy was developed using data from employee surveys and feedback from focus groups.
Drawing on these insights, the strategy aims to deliver a consistent global approach to employee engagement and improve the overall experience of working across its Kuoni Global Travel Services and Global Travel Distribution divisions.
