Financial planning organisation Key Retirement Group has promoted Alison Longley from head of group people strategy to HR director.
Longley, who is chartered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has also worked as head of HR and HR manager at Key Retirement Group.
Prior to this, Longley worked as HR advisor at pub organisation Trust Inns and as HR officer at HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
