Specialist recruitment organisation Randstad has launched a new employee engagement platform for its 1,400 UK-based staff.
The platform, called ‘your hub’, was launched on 28 June 2018 in conjunction with provider Personal Group. It has been designed to help Randstad improve staff retention and recruitment.
‘Your hub’ allows employees to access health and wellbeing resources, discounted gym membership, retail and leisure discounts and rewards, employee health checks, financial wellness support and HR communications.
Employees can access the platform through an app or through the organisation’s existing employee portal, with all information and services stored in one place.
Randstad communicated the new platform to employees using an internal campaign.
Graham Trevor, HR director at Randstad, said: “Our business is people, so it’s important for us to be innovative in all areas of our operations, and to transform the suite of benefits we offer our people in a way that will strengthen our leading role in recruitment.
“We’re keen to offer our employees value not only at work, but outside of work too and I’m confident that through this new platform we’ll be able to do just that.”
