GI Group is one of the UK’s leading HR and recruitment specialists, employing close to 234 people across the UK and Ireland. We have 69 UK locations and serve more than 1,000 clients every day across sectors from logistics and industrial, to engineering and automotive. We support a wide range of individuals and a very wide network of contacts, which means we are dedicated to creating a workplace and working environments where everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, feels a genuine sense of belonging.

From our ‘Let’s Talk’ sessions that open up conversations around sensitive subjects to help establish a sense of community by sharing tips and support, to our team of over 60 mental health first aiders, we are committed to supporting each individual in our business.

We also have our mental wellbeing guide which is designed to educate colleagues on how the LGBTQIA+ community may be more susceptible to mental health conditions and how best to support.

Providing a supporting internal structure which offers training and awareness across our business shows our continued efforts and focus on providing an inclusive working environment.

We’ ae also delighted to be finalists in the Rainbow Honours Awards for Large brand or organisation of the year. These awards celebrate organisations and individuals who dedicate themselves to driving change and championing LGBTQIA+ equality.

Supporting our LGBTQIA+ colleagues is not confined to the single month of Pride; it is a continuous effort woven into our values, actions, and everyday culture. We champion inclusion through year-round education, meaningful allyship, and policies that reflect our respect for all identities. Pride is not just a celebration; it is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for.
