Accor Services has launched a package of discounts for staff using its childcare voucher scheme. The benefits include discounted shopping vouchers, regular special offers on items such as toys and games, discounted family days out, holidays, and special rates on selected childcare.
The benefits are available at no cost to employers, and can be accessed through an employee’s online childcare account.
Patrick Langlois, managing director of Accor Services, said: “Few employers can raise wages or reduce hours to ease the pressure on staff, but through schemes such as this, they can increase engagement, motivation and business performance.”
