Cybersecurity, secure networks and secure cloud distributor Infinigate Group has appointed Caroline Hutchins chief people officer, effective this month.
In her new role, Hutchins will galvanise the organisation’s human resources towards its goals to continue its trend of double-digit growth for more than 15 years, and help to support and inform its culture, in which performance, innovation and continuous learning play a crucial role. She will join Infinigate’s management team to take charge of its growing human capital and employee contingent, following its recent expansion.
Hutchins is a senior HR professional, with extensive international experience in leading people transformation programmes across a range of sectors, including professional services, retail, wholesale and people technology, across private, listed and private equity-backed businesses.
