After one month of using the new wellbeing app Myles Wellbeing, physical activity levels have improved by 2.7x for Phrasee. This means that Phrasee are now impressively 176% more active.
Myles Wellbeing is an inclusive app for employers who want to support their employees with leading healthy lives and reward them for doing so. Designed to encourage individuals in teams and organisations to become more physically active, it provides motivation through gamification including trophies, points, challenges as well as powerful social dynamics such as competing with peers.
The new wellbeing platform rewards users for their physical activities, but ensures that it does so inclusively. This means that the app normalises activities and sports so that everyone can see themselves on a fair leaderboard no matter how they exercise. The leaderboards also reward individual improvement as well as total effort, making it a level playing field for different fitness levels.
Tracey-Anne Green, the People Operations Manager at Phrasee, described how her team has benefited from the app. Tracey-Anne explained, “It's a great app which has really encouraged me to be more active. The team loves having such a wide variety of activities they can track”.
Phrasee is an AI-powered marketing device which improves the performance of companies marketing communications. They optimise and automate marketing messages to maximise clicks, conversions, and revenue.
The new Myles Wellbeing app connects to over 30 tracking devices and includes over 100 activity types and sports. Tracey-Anne at Phrasee added, “I'm trying new things to get Smyles, and even went to my first ever spin class last week!”.
With so many employees now flexibly working from home at their desk-based jobs, the Myles Wellbeing app is a great wellbeing resource to get employees motivated to move.
