Technology firm Nvidia, chocolate retailer Lindt and financial comparison website Confused.com have been listed among the UK’s Best Workplaces for 2023.
Workplace culture organisation Great Place to Work analysed hundreds of employee surveys in order to determine which organisations scored highly enough to make the list. It measured employee engagement, trust, and wellbeing, and benchmarked the effectiveness of employee value propositions against the culture employees actually experienced.
The analysis found that 96% of Nvidia employees said it was a great place to work, while 91% of Lindt employees were proud to tell others they worked there.
The top 10 large businesses were:
- Nvidia

- The Trade Desk
- Phoenix Software
- Red Hat UK
- Thoughtworks
- Intuit Quickbooks

Talent solutions firm Robert Half, which made the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2023 list earlier this year, was also recognised, ranking 15th in the large organisations category, due to its increased commitment to an inclusive employee experience. The analysis found that 93% of employees were proud to work for Robert Half.
Vicky Austin, HR director for UK, Ireland and the Middle East at Robert Half, said: “Being recognised as a UK’s Best Workplace is the ultimate testament to the direction of Robert Half’s employee experience programmes. This includes further focusing on our inclusive culture under our internal employee experience campaign #OneUK, expanding our support for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, increasing our green efforts and charitable contributions, introducing new programmes to recognise and reward our employees, and embracing a flexible working model designed to support better work-life balance.”
