Superdrug, Natwest Group, Central Co-op and E.On are some of the employers that have made the much awaited shortlist for the Employee Benefits Awards 2024.
The full list of finalists is available to read here.
Employee Benefits would like to congratulate all of this year’s shortlisted finalists and offer thanks to everyone who entered. Additional thanks go to the esteemed panel of judges, who gave up their time to examine the large number of entries received.
The annual awards, which is in its 22nd year, acknowledge hard work carried out during 2023 by employers from a range of industries, recognising excellence in the reward, benefits and HR community, and celebrate organisations, teams and individuals that have made a significant impact through their reward and benefits strategies.
There were 22 categories this year to enter, including Best public sector benefits, Best benefits to support menopause, Best benefits to support diversity, equity and inclusion, Best benefits to support work-life balance and Best motivation or recognition scheme.
There is no shortlist for the Employee Benefits Grand Prix category, as this winner will be revealed at the ceremony. The Grand Prix is awarded to the organisation that has most impressed judges with its overall achievements, with Gi Group scooping the prize last year.
This year’s ceremony and summer party will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC), London on Friday 14 June. The must-attend event will give shortlisted employers, entrants and HR professionals the chance to network and celebrate best practice and innovation.
Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an exciting after-party with live music, dodgems, a carousel and big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.
