Hay Group has launched a new human resource management product.
Hay Group Spectrum is an evolution of the consultancy’s job evaluation service which is used by employers to analyse, understand and measure the work that occurs in their business.
It helps employers to optimise how they reward employees, how they design jobs, and how jobs are aligned to the overall organisation structure.
