Contractor services firm Green Lantern Group has launched a voluntary benefits programme for its 1,000 contractors.
Green Lantern Group has introduced the scheme with the aim of enhancing the wellbeing of its contractors and as part of its commitment to establishing the organisation as a great place to work.
The scheme, provided by Perkbox, gives contractors access to a range of benefits and perks, such as retail, dining and leisure discounts, as well as corporate rates at gyms. These can be redeemed via an online platform and smartphone app.
Through the programme, contractors will also have access to an engagement platform that aims to provide physical, emotional and financial wellbeing support. The platform includes resources such as online classes in yoga, healthy cooking and meditation.
Lynsey Culley, sales director at Green Lantern, said: “Following the changes in employment law recently introduced by the government and with a view to providing our contractors with something above and beyond our usual service, we decided that now was a perfect time to partner with Perkbox.
"The wide range of benefits on the platform means that there is something for everyone and allow us to ensure that all of our employees reap the rewards that [the scheme] offers.”
