Greater Manchester Police has introduced a new payroll management system to help it comply with real-time information (RTI) legislation.
The iTrent cloud service, provided by MidlandHR, has a single database, which will bring the organisation’s entire human resources operation, servicing more than 11,000 employees, onto a single platform.
Declan McGrath, managing director of MidlandHR, said: “By working very closely with [employers] through the pilot programmes and customer reference groups, we have been able to ensure that our new RTI and auto-enrolment compliant functionality meets the needs of organisations across all the wide range of sectors that we operate in.”
