Sackers

Pensions law firm Sackers has launched a new financial education programme for its 100 employees, including partners and support staff.

Sackers introduced the programme, provided by Nudge, with the aim of ensuring that its staff have access to targeted financial education support that meets their needs, and to provide them with a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of their personal finances.

The programme covers topics such as employee benefits and personal finances, with communication to employees personalised depending on their age, dependents, salary, financial goals, benefit choices, and attitudes to risk.

Julia Perrin, director of HR at Sackers, said: “Sackers prides itself on its unique culture and providing a better quality of life than many of our competitors. While our people deal with the intricacies of pensions every day, we wanted to find a better way of engaging them with their employee benefits, and ensuring that their knowledge extended to encompass the entirety of their personal finances.”
