EXCLUSIVE: IPG Mediabrands is to introduce a financial wellbeing programme for its 381 UK employees.
The programme, provided by Nudge Global, will include online tools and information which staff can personalise to their individual financial needs, such as paying off student debt, getting on the housing ladder, having children and saving for retirement.
Employees will have access to more than 800 financial education topics and articles.
The financial wellbeing programme will be integrated into the organisation’s existing wellbeing programme Balance, which was launched in January 2016 to help staff better understand the benefits they receive.
It will be communicated to employees by the organisation’s senior management team with a day of interactive workshops and thought leadership sessions provided by Nudge.
Esme De Courcy, senior HR business partner at IPG Mediabrands, said: “We recognised that navigating the ever-changing world of finance can be complex, with financial worries contributing to overall wellbeing.
"We wanted to support our employees by providing them with personalised financial education, ranging from housing through to holidays, delivering ‘in the moment’ education as changes to their situation or legislation happen.”
