Sarah McPake, head of talent, insights and inclusion at TSB, will discuss how to build resilient teams at the Employee Benefits Insights 2021 event.
Employers will hear why mental health is “firmly a business issue rather than an HR led initiative”, during the session, which is being held on Tuesday 16 March.
“I will share how TSB’s strategy evolved over 2020, what we’ve learned, and the next steps we’re planning to take a whole person, whole organisation approach to work that is both healthy and high performing,” McPake told Employee Benefits.
Attendees will learn how to adapt and develop a proactive approach to individual employee needs in a pandemic and hear about innovations TSB has embraced including the introduction of workplace mental health platform UnMind, last spring, which saw one in three employees sign up.
“Everyone has the right to a healthy mind, and the knowledge and tools to proactively take care of it,” McPake added.
The talk forms part of the Employee Benefits Insights 2021 line-up.
The CPD-accredited online series, which is sponsored by Unmind and Bright Horizons, explores the latest trends, insights and solutions that provide effective and efficient reward strategies in a Coronavirus climate.
The event is free to access and attendees can register here.
