EXCLUSIVE: DFS Furniture Group, which includes the brands DFS, Sofology and The Sofa Delivery Company, has introduced fertility, pregnancy and early parenthood support for its 5,500 employees.
Provided by digital health app Peppy, the assistance includes access to one-to-one private messaging and video consultations, peer-to-peer group chat and support, live broadcasts, and a library of articles, resources and videos.
This expansion has built on the existing family-friendly support offered by the group, which already included Peppy Menopause support, which was launched in July 2021, and Peppy’s Men’s Health, provided as of June 2022.
DFS Furniture Group also offers enhanced parental leave allowances, as well as other benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), mental health first aiders and a discount scheme.
