EXCLUSIVE: Dentsu and Atom Bank to discuss health and wellbeing at Employee Benefits Live 2022

EXCLUSIVE: Daniel Chan (pictured), global workplace and wellbeing lead at media and digital marketing communications firm Dentsu International, has been revealed as one of the participants in a panel discussion about health and wellbeing practices at Employee Benefits Live 2022.

Other panellists include Anne-Marie Lister, chief people officer at Atom Bank, and Donna O’Malley and Gemma Nance, head of nursery group operations at head operations respectively at Monkey Puzzle Nursery Group.

The panel, How to promote health and wellbeing practices to the workplace, is sponsored by Simplyhealth and will be part of the conference’s health and wellbeing stream. It will take place in Theatre One at 12pm on Wednesday 5 October.

During the session, the panellists will share practical learnings from their own experiences, and discuss ways in which to develop and support employee wellbeing.

Chan said: “I will be discussing my role at Dentsu and the importance of wellbeing in an organisation, covering how I used data to build a wellbeing strategy and the importance of listening to employees when it comes to wellbeing.

“I will also discuss some of programmes and successes such as the implementation of wellness days and how to build wellbeing into an everyday strategy and collaborating with other HR teams to incorporate this, as well as offering perspective from a global level on how it is important to empower local markets and adapt due to cultural sensitivities.”

He added that he hopes delegates attending the panel discussion will take away how important data is to understand employee populations and deliver strategies. He will also deliver tips around what has worked for a global firm.

Employee Benefits Live 2022 will take place on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 October 2022 at ExCeL London.

It is Europe’s largest dedicated reward and benefits event for the HR and reward industry, providing the opportunity for more than 1,500 compensation, benefits and HR professionals to learn and be inspired by leading figures in the industry, through keynotes, case studies, panel debates and practical ‘How To’ sessions.
