Magdalena Vintrova, total rewards director – regions at Baker Hughes, will present the closing keynote on the final day of Employee Benefits Live 2023.
An international reward professional with more than 15 years' experience, Vintrova will share her experiences in delivering effective reward solutions in complex HR and business transformations, mergers and acquisitions.
Titled From business case to deployment: A global benefits technology journey, the keynote will take place on Wednesday 4 October in Theatre One at 3.10pm. It will cover using benefits technology that can provide a solution to remove most of the administrative burden, create an avenue for education, communication and engagement, and deliver a consistent employee experience.
Vintrova will discuss Baker Hughes' benefits technology implementation, including the business case development, market review, identifying the right technology partner, and planning and deploying efficiently over multiple countries.
She hopes delegates attending the session will take away the idea that multi-country deployment will take more than one year and will require good governance principles, multiple planning cycles and a strong global foundation to build on for in-country deployments.
“I want to provide a practical, hands-on approach, demonstrating how to build a global benefits technology solution, faster and smarter steps and principles people can follow, and offer a solution they can apply themselves,” Vintrova said.
“By the time of my keynote, the firm will have rolled out its benefits technology solution to 11 out of the planned 31 countries, so I can discuss how to build a business case to demonstrate the value of a technology-driven benefits solution, how complex the vendor selection process is, and how to decide whether to plan for just one country or a multi-country solution.”
Employee Benefits Live 2023 will take place on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 October 2023 at ExCeL London. Europe’s largest dedicated reward and benefits event for the HR and reward industry, it will provide more than 1,500 compensation, benefits and HR professionals the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by leading figures in the industry.
