The deadline for entries for the Employee Benefits Awards 2016 is fast approaching.
Submit your entries by 29 January to be in with a chance to gain recognition for your benefits achievements.
The annual Employee Benefits Awards provide employers with an opportunity to gain recognition for their benefits achievements. There are 23 categories to enter, ranging from pensions and healthcare to voluntary and motivational benefits, and everything in between, so make sure your organisation or clients are in the running.
Each year the awards categories are reviewed to ensure they are in line with the latest market trends, resulting in the creation of three new categories for 2016: Best use of benefits technology; Best healthcare communications; Best benefits strategy for a multi-generational workforce.
The well-established event will give 2015’s winners a chance to defend their titles, while new entrants and those previously shortlisted will have the opportunity to demonstrate why they should be the recipient of a coveted Employee Benefits Award in 2016.
Entries can relate to new initiatives launched in 2015, as well as to those launched prior to 2015 if it is clear how the success of longer-running schemes relates to recent strategy developments and quantifiable achievements.
There will also be an award for the Employee Benefits professional of the year. Email your nominations to eb.editorial@centaur.co.uk.
The awards process will culminate in the much-anticipated Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, which will be held on Friday 3 June 2016 at the Artillery Gardens at the HAC.
