Esure has signed a three-year deal with Capita HR Solutions to provide payroll administration services.
The insurance company’s 1,500 UK employees will get a managed payroll service on the integrated ‘Ingenuity’ platform, and monthly employee and third party BACS process to make employee payments.
Esure’s HR staff will also be able to key in information about new starters and leavers through access to Ingenuity’s HR module.
Carole Timms, head of human resources at Esure, said: “Capita’s system will enable Esure to have access to a strategic solution which integrates our payroll services and offers significant improvements to the provision of management information.”
