Energy organisation Doosan Power Systems is to launch online total reward statements for its 1,800 permanent UK employees.
The statements, which will be launched in September, will replace the paper statements that the employer has issued since 2005.
The statements will be hosted and accessed online via Benefex’s RewardHub portal.
Nicky McArthur, HR manager, reward at Doosan Power Systems, said: “Moving the statements online will streamline the data processes and administration involved for our internal teams.
“Online statements will also enable us to gain greater insight into employee engagement, because we will have access to comprehensive management information.”
