Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council has switched voluntary benefits providers.
It launched a new platform, provided by Xexec, for its 4,800 employees on 6 July.
The portal provides access to benefits such as retail discounts, a concierge service, tickets and travel, as well as a number of salary sacrifice arrangements including bikes for work, childcare vouchers, home technology and green car leasing.
Doncaster Council began looking for a new platform that could offer its diverse workforce discounts from a range of vendors upon the conclusion of its existing contract.
The organisation also wanted to implement technology that could deliver the discount scheme as part of its broader voluntary benefits platform and thereby incorporate salary sacrifice schemes.
The platform is provided under a framework agreement, which Xexec operates for local and central government and the emergency services.
