UK HR software provider CIPHR has acquired its long-term strategic software partner, Payroll Business Solutions (PBS), it announced on 16 December 2019.
PBS, which has 20 members of staff, predominately payroll specialists, will join CIPHR’s 130 employees, including service desk staff, software developers, project delivery staff, consultants and training specialists, making a total of 150 employees across the business.
As a result of the acquisition, CIPHR and PBS, which already have 50 joint customers including Dreams, CitySprint and Zoopla, will now provide an integrated HR, recruitment, learning and payroll software solution.
