Board International, an intelligent planning business for enterprises worldwide, has appointed Mandy Jeffery chief people officer.
Jeffery is the former vice president of people at Workday, a software as a service enterprise cloud applications firm for finance and human resources, where she played a key role in helping the organisation scale and grow across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions.
During her eight years at the organisation, it grew from 2,500 employees to more than 15,000, while also increasing its geographical footprint and receiving several employer of choice awards.
Prior to this, she was senior director of HR operations at Verifone, a global ecommerce and digital payments organisation responsible for international regions.
