Independent financial advisors AWD Chase de Vere has teamed up with The Briars Group to offer outsourced HR, tax, finance, administration and IT functions for small employers.
It claims the service, which allows employers to partially or fully outsource one or more of these departments, could potentially save small and medium-size enterprises (SME) between 30% and 40% of employment costs.
Kate Jolly, commercial director at the Briars Group, said: “Outsourcing can also provide additional benefits to a business such as freeing up management time, better use of office space and allowing revenue-earning staff to focus on what they are good at.”
Jason Walker, regional manager at AWD Chase de Vere, added: “We work alongside an increasing number of SME corporate clients which do not have the resource to host full HR and finance functions in-house, or who want tighter control on their costs, and for whom outsourcing services will be beneficial."
