Asperity Employee Benefits is the provider behind the much-talked-about 'Benefits Revolution'.
The revolution refers to its latest version of its Reward Gateway platform, names Reward Gateway 4.
This new a fully-integrated voluntary benefits website is expected to challenge the flexible benefits platform marketplace due to its integrated voluntary and salary sacrifice facility. This full integration mitigates the need for a full flexible benefits platform if an employer simply wants salary sacrifice and voluntary benefits.
The site will be available as a free upgrade for Asperity’s 400 corporate clients from March 2011.
Among its offerings, Reward Gateway provides an employee discount scheme, holiday trading, total reward statements, cycle-to-work, healthcare, Gym Flex and childcare through one portal. The site also includes salary sacrifice and the RealTimeReward recognition scheme.
The site allows employees to search discounts through a feed of 2.5 million products through the BargainHunter. It offers insurance price comparison, mobile phone price comparison, a DiscountTollbar and one-day cashback.
