Key findings:
- 21% of respondents receive an annual basic salary between £70,000 and £99,999.
- 74% of respondents have had a salary review in the last 12 months.
- 85% of respondents are an active member of a defined contribution pension scheme.
- 23% of respondents hold shares or share options in their current employer.

- 74% of respondents have access to mental wellbeing support from their employer.
