Virgin Trains is hosting a wellbeing event for employers in Cheshire and North West England.
The day, which will take place at Virgin Trains’ Training Academy in Crewe on 28 January, will involve personal and corporate wellbeing activities employers use to support and develop their employees.
The activities include healing and massage, smoking cessation, nutrition advice and body fat testing, and Zumba dance.
Karen Broad, learning and development manager at Virgin Trains, said: “We started out with the idea of offering to share with other companies our expertise in training, recruitment, development, coaching and all the other fantastic people skills we are recognised for at Virgin Trains.
“But we wanted to make it more interesting and give it a contemporary twist, so we settled on a wellbeing theme and invited local businesses to come and show off their skills and expertise alongside our own.
“Twenty of them enthusiastically agreed straight away and we are still adding to that number.”
