Tusker employees are taking part in a challenge to raise £20,000 for charity.

A team of 20 employees, led by chief executive David Hosking (pictured), will tackle the Tough Mudder adventure challenge, a 12-mile obstacle course designed to test participants on strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie.

The 20 employees will face freezing ice baths, 12-feet walls, a mud mile, an electric shock field and other challenges.

The event, to be held on 4 May in Northamptonshire, aims to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Hosking said: “We wanted a challenge that encouraged a team ethos, determined team participation and a strong team spirit while raising money for a very worthy cause, and Tough Mudder certainly fits the bill.

“We will not be able to complete the course unless we all pull together and work as one, and that’s certainly a lesson we can take into our business lives.”
